System Assessment
Many times, breweries may not know the full extent of their system. This includes all the automation equipment, how the equipment is programmed/configured, or how the equipment communicates. Summation can help document the system and provide system backups for applicable systems. A risk evaluation can help identify low cost items that may pose high cost risk if it should fail.
Projects
Once the system is assessed, Summation can help with expansion plans by providing engineering services such as PLC programming and HMI updates or act as a liaison between the brewery and an automation vendor. Summation can also install a remote monitoring/control system and, if you already have one, Summation can evaluate it for cyber security concerns.
Maintenance
Summation can provide training and/or tools to help troubleshoot issues that interrupt operations. Tools consist of, but not limited to, system documentation from the assessment that aid in getting the system back up quickly should it fail.
